I am writing you to express my accolades concerning the firm's long time representative, Greg Wildman. Greg has worked with our company for many years - perhaps as many as 15. During that time, he has found a way to use the right amount of ingenuity, humor, pressure, kindness and business knowledge to convince me of the best products to purchase to assist our company with its marketing, as well as to promote educational and research tools to assist our attorneys with their practice.
I tend to be extremely "sales adverse". However, no matter what product he is selling, Greg finds a way to make me comfortable with the thought that he does not want to waste my time or his. He has learned our company's culture, and he watches out for our interests. He works with me when he thinks he has a product that is truely something we would be interested in. And he is usually right in his critique of the situation.
Greg's assistance with creating our website was invaluable to me. One of the the best things he did was to convince me that it was not that difficult to do, and he would be available to assist me throughout the process. He was true to his word, and we now have a website that, as a small law firm, we can be truly be proud of.
Greg as that wonderful trait, missing in so many saleman, of knowing when to push a little more and when he should back off. I believe this trait comes from a talent for understanding people that many sales people lack. Greg knows when I mean no, and he can try me again at a better time.
Greg has always shown tremendous follow up with his sales. He never makes the sale and leaves you standing. He pursues the situation to be certain you are getting what you paid for and that you are pleased with the product. Also, Greg is dependable. If he says he will do something, he will do it. No funny business, no twisting the deal slightly after it's been approved. I always come away knowing exactly what I purchased and the terms and conditions under which I purchased it. I may not always be happy about it, but I always feel I was treated fairly and given the best product offered for the best price available.
